במסגרת פרויקט הגמר במסלול לאדריכלות נוף.
מודל בקנ”מ 1:2500. שכבת העץ אפשרה הצגה אחידה של המרקם הבנוי בעיר והבליטה את מערכת הרחובות, מבנה הבלוק וגובהו ביחס לפיתוח האינטנסיבי של מרכז העסקים המתחדש. אזורים שעתידים להשתנות ללא תכנית ידועה, נשארו חשופים כדי לאפשר הוספת נפחים דינאמית עליהם.
