The ADF 530-32 ki BcW combines Belt take-down and STOLL-weave-in® products.

FEATURES:

BELT TAKE-DOWN + COMB

The Belt take-down, particularly for products with deep gores or with large width variation and special elastic properties is offered in combination with comb.

NEEDLE

The pelerine spring-transfer needle with spring-loaded latch is characterized by low needle wear and a high level of safety during opening, closing, and transferring.

PTS (POWER TENSION SETTINGS)

Faster stitch density changes in the fabric. PTS enables different stitch lengths in a single knitting row.

LARGE NEEDLE BED RACKING

The needle bed is equipped with a racking device with a maximum racking course of four inches and a programmable racking speed.

STOLL MULTI-TOUCH PANEL

The 1366×768-pixel wide view color display with multi-touch screen is practical and clear. The individual user interface and intuitive menu guide enable pattern changes to be entered easily and directly on the machine.

ONE YARN CARRIER FOR EVERYTHING

A single yarn carrier is used for all knitting techniques. Intarsia, Plating or Inlay technique can be produced in one fabric without exchanging of the yarn carriers.

SLIDING BOBBIN CREEL

The rear sliding creel enables a better and easier access to the rear needle bed.

CLAMPING AND CUTTING DEVICE

Thread holding via 8, 12 or 16 clamping and cutting units on each side depending on the type of the knitting machine.

GAUGE CONVERSION

Flexible and economical adjustment of machine gauge by means of gauge conversion or needle exchange.

V-SHAPED ARRANGED YARN CONTROL UNITS

The V-Shaped arranged yarn control unit supports a cross-free, direct yarn feeding.

WEAVE-IN DEVICE

For reliable insertion of inlay yarns, the weave-in device is available for all systems.

OPEN CARRIAGE

The open carriage enables direct yarn feeding with low yarn tension.

LIGHT CURTAIN

The light curtain guarantees a maximum degree of safety at work: in case of interruption of the light barrier, for example when intervening, the carriage and the yarn carrier will stop automatically.
